I do not know the cause.
However, your version of CSP seems to be out of date. (0.1.79)
I am using CSP 0.2.3 preview211.

Well 0.1.79 is the highest recommended version so that's why I'm using it.

I will upgrade and see if the problem still exists.

EDIT: It works with 2.22
