AC Collision rules:

Collision: Any object with a number in front of it becames physic, and the number identifies the sector number (exactly as like as in nKpro). If you call an object 01MUD then you'll have to define that name on surfaces.ini of the track. the only exception is WALL (01WALL, 02WALL ecc ecc)that is by default the mesh collider and can't be modified. There are some default definitions that could help, like ROAD, GRASS, SAND, KERB

See attached pictures from your BackwoodGarage, all "track" Objects start with number...

CSP 0.1.79
Welp found out it is a csp issue, I have been using preview build 0.1.80. Tried the latest recommended stated above, and also fall through.

0.1.80 preview; works perfectly
Both 0.1.79, 0.1.78, and 0.1.77; fall through.
0.1.74; Treats the spiral as a wall and bounces.
0.1.73; doesn't find a track at all/will not load.

Hopefully now that I have the same result ill be able to figure it out. Will get back.
 
CSP 0.1.80 not available


CSP creator Ilja Jusupov is Russian citizen, it seems current payable Patreon download for CSP 0.1.80 is the only way to get it but I think that is not an option here in Finland atm. Sorry.

If there's free patch available I can try it.
