First of all, never forget to back up the original file!

First, extract the rar file into a folder!
Then remove the name of the chosen dds name (leaving it as: vw_polo_rx_livery.dds) and then replace it with the game folder file, at:
... \ Vehicles \ Textures \ CustomLiveries
