VSC/Yellow Fix + 2017 Performance for all cars

Fixed:

• VSC in Italy, Abu Dhabi, Singapore, Malaysia
• Yellow flags at start in China and Baku

Added:

• Performance for all cars like 2017
• They are not fast as in real Life

Australia:

1. Mercedes, Ferrari
2. RedBull +0.200
3. Grosjean, Williams, Hulkenberg (Renault) +1.300
4. Palmer, Magnussen (Haas) + 1.400
5. Force India +1.500
6. Sauber, McLaren +2.200
7. Manor DSQ

Do I have to use EEA 5.1 for every vehicles or only for the Manor team? How do I backup the F2016 before the installation of yours update?
