Added version without IMSA Number Plates

Realized that the number plates in game actually line up pretty well so made a version that does not use the IMSA Number Plates so you can use your own custom number.

The download contains both versions.

If the texture map is the same, then you should be able to just bring over the decals and sponsors pngs.

Not sure if the texture maps are typically the same though or not for cars ported from one game to the other.
