So recently launched is this Phillips 32:9 Display
Interestingly this model ups the resolution to 1440p over the previous Samsung models with 1080p
Where it lacks to the upcoming Samsung CRG9 (2019 model)
Is that it is limited to 60Hz (overclocks to @70 Hz)
it also has limited HDR capability
Not as curved as Samsung models
However, it is available for a great price currently in UK Here at £875
Samsungs models from 2017/2018 seem to be getting reduced also with the newer model expected in May. It seems the Phillips lacks the 120Hz and HDR 1000 that the CRG9 is to bring but then again the CRG9 is expected to come in at around £1200 - £1400.
Thoughts?
