There is a readme file inside the .7z archive.

Extract following folder:
2015_Bathurst_Phoenix_15a

/content/cars/ks_audi_r8_lms/skins

Choose 4K for better quality.
----------------------------------------

So you first open the folder 2K or 4K and drag-drop "2015_Bathurst_Phoenix_15a" folder into your game folder which includes R8 LMS skins.
