I wanted to share some photos that I took while attending the qualifying session. It was my first ever formula 1 event and it was an incredible experience. I took my 6 year old and my newly purchased (arrived the day before, thanks for next day shipping amazon) 600mm canon lens. We were seated in the second level of the main grandstands, but got some pretty incredible photos. I'm not a professional photographer by any means, just a hobby, and I know these aren't perfect, but I was very happy with the results. I didn't know the seats would be directly in front of my favorite driver's garage, it was a very lucky day!
