Photoshop DDS Save car skin as?

Can anyone tell me what i need to chose when im modding a car skin?

And for flames, what option is that?

For car skins, I use DXT5 with alpha if I need the alpha channel. DXT1 without alpha if I don't need alpha. Honestly don't know if those are the 'best' choices, but they work just fine for me.
