Pit rules speeding and going on red light?

In rf2 you get punished for this can GSC follow suite?

Or an option for on/off

You'll get a penalty for speeding in the pit lane in a race session, if you have black flag rules or higher on (when you set up the race, the option for flag rules is there). As for the red light, no, there's no built in penalty I don't think.
