Pit stop time

Is it possible to somehow change the duration of pit stops? I'm trying to run F1 races against the AI and the long pit stops feel really unrealistic.
I searched through the game files and couldn't find anything.

i might be wrong,
but thats hard coded in game EXE and depends on what stuff you change repair

that does not mean it cant be change via editing the EXE

It is hard coded I believe, but I think I managed to change the time a little bit when I changed the script in my pitcrew mod.
