Do you guys still experience annoying hold ups in pit lane ???? its so frustraiting when you are with your mechanics for 10-15 secs!!! and then lose 10-15 positions....

It has been mentioned before in this forum, but if you ignore your race engineer and pit the lap AFTER he tells you the pit window is open,pit this lap. Just carry on and come in next time round works everytime.

I have experience that even though i have pitted, It keep asking me to pit in . anyone have this experience ?

Yup... happens to me all the time. To avoid the sometimes massive hold ups in the pits I usually pit early or late in my window. Pitting early, that is to say before my race engineer tells me to, results in him asking me to pit on every lap thereafter till the end of the race. Annoying, but not a game stopper ;-) Even asking for a pitstop before going in does not remedy this bug.
