Pitstop menu missing in AC

I seem to be missing the pitstop strategy menu in AC since recently. I have no idea what happened or what changes I made to AC/CM that made the menu disappear. Anyone who has a solution or otherwise helpfull tips?

It does not appear to me if I'm using keyboard and mouse, only with controllers.
