Download and Extract the "Neck FX by Playboy Yati.ini" file and Save it at "C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Local\AcTools Content Manager\Presets\Custom Shaders Patch Presets"

Then Apply via the options below in Content Manager
