Hi guys,
I own a playseat sensation pro first gen (RSP00102), while training for a league 3 days ago the seat slider broke, now the seat slides from front to back loosely... i've try to reach to playseat support with a mail explaining all the problem + photos + my invoice, as i was told to do so from a playseat reseller, had one response asking for more photos and nothing since, even called them and got no more help but asking me to send another mail.
Does someone has a playseat sensation pro and had the same problem, found pieces to resolve the issue ? The rails are cylindric so i dont know what system i can use to adapt.
The IMG attach is my broken piece, and the screenshot is the new system for rails, if someone knows where i can buy something similar ? I hope you guys can help me
