Can someone PLEASE HELP. So this was my first time actually putting the time into rebuilding the Satsuma. After I had finished (I was watching a tutorial) I drove down to the inspector so I could get a plate. Everything was fine except for emission. I looked it up and it said my carburetor "thing.. ?" needed to be higher. So, thinking I knew what I was doing, I tried to do it WITHOUT a tutorial. Which ended up going very badly. After I bought the AFR, I tested it out. For a while it was okay, but after about a mile, the engine starts to, I don't know, "stutter" ? Or in a way "skip" I tried looking it up but I didn't find anything helpful. Any help will be appreciated. ( here is what I am talking about

firstly , you need to adjust it when the engine is warm(in the video the car is cold). Make a new video with the car when is warm. And also the ratio in my case is 15.6-16. Make the adjusment at fleetari for the inspection. Good luck. I'm not an expert with the carburators, but i guess can be useful my tips.
