Please recommend alternative to Assetto Corsa

Hi everyone,
I currently play Assetto Corsa and do like it, however I was wondering if there is a similar racing experience but without the need to mod things like weather etc. I have AC modded with Sol and CSP but kind of feel like there might be a more complete ‘out of the box’ game available. I don’t want a pure racing sim like ACC because I like the mix of cars available in AC and also the ability to add more cars and tracks.
Suggestions with reasons would be appreciated.

So you want an 'out of the box' game that you don't have to mod, but also one that you can add mod cars and mod tracks to?

How about AC?
