Nevermind i deleted all mods except GAZ and seems it work good now. and next launch of game and 20 fps again.... i don't understand....

From 25 to 20 fps?
What version of mod loader you use?
You have errors in console?

I solved my fps problems, it was "60 fps in main menu" in mod loader setting.

Roman266 updated [PLUGIN] GAZ 24 Volga with a new update entry:

-Slightly changed initially position;
-Fixed not working turn signals;
-In plugin settings (left CTRL + M in game) added button for reset position and fuel;
-Now you can change license plates in regplate.png that located in Assets\GAZ24 folder. Or you can hide it by deleting regplate.png.

This update is designed for an actual experimental branch.
