Hi, I don't know exactly what you need hahaha.
First you have to install SimHub, after installing you will be able to install the dash itself by double-clicking the file in the .zip file downloaded.
Once you have SimHub and the dash installed, you can go to the Dash Studio tab and there you will find the dashboard you installed. Just click over it and open.
