see the video, you need to go into the customization menu, select the car and go to the sponsorship option (I don't remember how it is called exactly inside the game). You can select there the sponsor for each zone of the car, select none.

Increase your graphic settings (check the texture streaming especially).
If it persist, verify the game files on steam and reinstall the mod.
