Possible cheater

Not long ago i was in a game (dunno wich server :-k ) at Velencia where a guy named Andrzej made a lap 1.34.xx (didnt make it for sreenshot ](*,) )
but i have replay and bastard is using dunno what cheat but he is flying
you just need to tell me how to get this replay in form that i can upload it so you can see it too!
so i need some info how in which program and how to make it...i just have this Vcr file :-s
and how can i upload it online :-k

I exeperienced the same thing in Brands Hatch last week...

Maybe that was just ordinary lag, sometimes the cars go jumping then (for some seconds)

Already informed them about this, but someone has to send a replay file (not a movie of the race where they catch a cheater) to them. If you can send it to me (pm me for my email) then i can deliver it to the person i know at Simbin, and he can pass it on to the techboys! I am sure they would be very happy to have the file.
