Possible to have thumbnails when choosing cars, tracks etc?

I've seen other guys' screenshots which look like these:

I haven't been able to find the setting in Content Manager and hoped somebody could point me to it.

Simply scale the Car selection Window... Above a certain width, the Car list on the left automatically changes to thumbnails.
