Premium gift Account

Hi all, I would like to gift a Premium account to someone. How can I do that or is this not possible yet?

There used to be a gift option but I was removed. I dont know if it still possible but maybe @Bram , @Dave Stephenson or @Frank maybe knows if you can still do it.
