Yes, purchase Time Rewind Class III from suitable vendor.
Use Time Rewind Class III, opt to NOT purchase Motogp19.

Don't know. Since the last update i can't navigate in the menu, can't select any mode eccept carrier mode, but can't launch the race, etc...
