Problems with simhub dash install

having issues installing a new dashboard on simhub. when I click on the dash simhub opens and icon on desktop flashes but it is not giving me the option to install. I have tried to redownload/unzip the file but still the the same thing happens click on the dashboard file, simhub opens and that's as far as it gets. any help would be appreciated.
