PROCAR skins

Hey guys, found some PROCAR cars / skins hanging around here alas they don't work with the current ST mod. I'm a total noob when it comes to that stuff, and being a fan of Belgian Procar it's a bit disappointing (and sad) that I can't use those skins.
This will be for my personal use only, so yeah, how can I make these work ? Any help is appreciated.
