PC2 Project Cars 2 worth it?

If you have the spare cash and hard drive space, why not get it. If you don't like it get a refund. Just make your own mind up on it.

Yes but the game is very hard and requires a lot of patience. Expect to sink in a ton of hours before achieving anything.

It's the best VR implementation going, if that is important to you.

Aside from that it has a lot of cars and especially tracks that AC does not have good representations of (even mods). No idea about RF2.

To be honest, it's the sim that got me hooked on sim racing. It does take a while to get comfortable, but worth the investment. While I do own several other sim racing titles, this is my go to game, but that is likely because I learned on it.

PCars2 is a must, you might drive an other more, but PCars2 has a lot of unique features.
It is uneven, so enjoy what you like and ignore what irritates. Their is a lot to enjoy.

The cars and tracks selection is great, especially the cars selection with categories from many eras, and good eras : 70s prototype cars (with le mans from the 70s, don't remember which year), 1997/98 GT1, GTO (imsa cars), modern cars for sure, ols sport cars from the 60s and 70s, karts, rallycross... on sale it's a must have.

The major issue is the impossibility to deactivate the automatic clutch (you override it if you use manual clutch but if you miss the clutching the gamr automatically does it for you).

The other recent issue is the non functionning real weather feature (there's a fix here on racedepartment though, but I can't get it working currently). You still can choose the weather conditions by yourself
