Prototype SCC V2.49 download links?

Hi Guys

I really want to get my hands on the Prototype SCC mod (V2.49).

I have downloaded the SCC v2.49 base pack part 1, however the link to part 2 is dead.

The ALMSpack and Lemanspack have working links, however the LMSpack does not.

does anyone have any working links to these two "parts" of the mod package?

Which years does this version 2.49 cover ?
Any changelog ?

Covers the years 1995 to 2013 - some cars are extremely low poly (even by GTR2 standards) : the Ascari, CLR, etc.
The Kudzu DG3 doesn't have sound (wrong name in the .car or .aud file can't remember which one) but it is easily fixable.
