F1 2010 PS3 Formula 1 Club or Weekly League

Forgive me I am new and I am looking for a league or club of racers that meet perhaps once or twice a week for fun racing. I have looked over the site and have not found one or cant find it. If you guys could direct me to the right place or if there is not one can we get one started? I am new to Formula 1 so maybe novice racers would be best.
