Quest 2 settings

I have read various threads and links on here and elsewhere about which are settings are best for the quest 2, but does anyone have a definitive guide for me to follow..

I have a 3060ti...

Any guidance for a smooth experience would be really appreciated..

Well, I have an HP so dont know if this will be too helpful but..For Anti-Aliasing I have mine set to times 8..more impacts performance and less you notice. Shadow is middle I think, track detail low..Honestly, one trick I have heard is to set the screen resolution low because you are using VR. Apart from AA you can set most stuff to mid or even low except car detail and even that just to high. With everyones set up being different, your best bet is to mess around with the settings and see what works best.
