Question about center of gravity in suspension ini

Greetings, i would like to ask if the center of gravity in the suspension ini is calculated assuming a car with no fuel/driver or with a driver and no fuel, i searched around and i can't find something that assumes/positions the 75kg driver in a certain position in the car so i guess it is with driver and no fuel (as CG with fuel is calculated by the fuel tank position and capacity in the car ini if i'm not mistaken)

Driver, no fuel, no unsprung weight. Unsprung weight gets put at the wheels.
