Question about different specs among two similar DDR4 memory components

Hi,

I am looking right now at these two very similar memory components:

They have some different specs on SPD latency and SPD speed.

I have an i5-9600K so not sure if the one labeled as Ryzen memory kit will be worth the 15% difference in price.
