question about MOD created by pirates

Recently, pirates are very active in F1 2012 forum. Some of them released MOD. I think when their account is suspended because of pirate act, their MOD should be treated in some way. But it's not touched. I think it should be deleted because it based on illegal pirated material. What's the official position for this?

I'll do what you said. But one of them released over 20 MODs. Do I have to do it every single his MOD?
