General Question about mod release

Ok so Im new to assetto corsa.. I downloaded the gmc vandura, I've have modded it and I can't find the original person who converted it from forza to AC..

So should I just release it or keep it private..

If it uses a 3D model stolen from another game, then it has no place here on RD.

Thats fine it wont get released here, plus I would check through the releases on here as afew are converted models from other games..
