(question about modding) Using only certain cars from a series in a mod

I'm creating an experimental mod series for personal use, but i want only certain models from a certain series to be able to take part. (ie: only the Focus from the Copa Marcas or only the licensed trucks from the F Truck series)

Should i write an exception in the line "Vehicle Filter = OR: CopaClassicFL CopaClassicB CopaFusca CopaUno HotCars" (taking this as an example)? Is it even possible?
