Question about Textures on two cars- Help post

Hello all. I have two cars that are supposedly the exact same car cosmetically, one has a drag package that makes the gears shorter and final drive tuning differences- other is a street version. So my problem is, the regular version (street car) has the blue encrypted texture that is buggy. I was wondering if it is possible to just copy and paste the drag texture to the street car version and it would work without having to remake the whole car? Another thing to note, both of them have this blue texture thing while I am in the content manager showroom, but the drag version works in game while the street one does not? (I have already copied and pasted texture and skin folders- no fix) Any help would be appreciated!!

plain and simple. no. the entire car is encrypted, not only the texture.

it would be (maybe) possible to copy the physics from the working one to the not working one, in case this data isnt encrypted too.

It's not a bug, it's intentional 3rd party encryption. In best case it just requires updating CSP to make it work ingame, in worst case it's a mod that works for nobody at all and your only course of action is to delete it.
