F1 2010 Question from a newbie on set up problems

What is the reason that when I go to any kind of racing, time trial, championship or carreer
I can not tweek the set ups, It can only let me do quick set ups?

You should be able to go to the setup selection on the monitor and then go through each different aspect. Also if you go to the engineer and select one of the setups there you should be able to also tweak it. What is the issue you are having, and also are you on a pc or console?
