Quick question, modifying power of Race07 cars?

Did a few google searches but couldn't find anything that was helpful.

I am looking at reducing the power of the Mini in the game to around 130hp. Is this possible? I understand it might not be as simple as changing a number but even if I could find a way of roughly reducing the cars output power would be mega.

Would be very grateful if someone can point me in the right direction!

I've never actually modded the game itself, just used the data from it.

I believe you need the wtcced tool from here:
http://aluigi.altervista.org/papers.htm

And then go into the car folder, and one of those files should have the power/torque curve values. I'm trying to remember the extension name of the file. Will update post if I do.

EDIT: You need to find the eng file, and check if you can open with notepad or not. If not, then use the tool mentioned above to convert the file, and then it should open with notepad no problem.
