R.I.P. Race 07?

Since windows update to 20H2 I can´t start Race 07. I´ve just tried all usual thongs like setting compability, run as admin, but no chance to get started.
Has somebody an idea to solve theproblem?

I've updated through them all and never had an issue and never had to use compatibility or admin rights.
Maybe updating to 21H1 (which is what I'm currently on) would solve the problem.
