R07 can't find the expansions?

Hey Guys,
My R07 is failing me
It lost all my driver profiles last time I started it. That's not such a big problem but it can't seem to find my expansions anymore. Having the game on Steam I already tried to Verify Cache Files but there is nothing wrong with that... Anybody suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

PS. Deleting and reinstalling is my last option because it takes amazingly long to download
