R3E Not Starting (solved after rollback)

Just updated to latest nVidia Driver V372.54 and R3E won't start (same on my mates system)

One of our R3E club regulars said that he rolled back to the previous version before a race and all is well. Guess I won't touching this version.

I've not tried that yet but I guess it's down to S3 to fix whatever it is, Pcars, AC, DiRT Rally etc all work, it just seems to be R3E at the minute.

I believe all those games use DirectX11, R3E is a DX9 game. It's possible Nvidia might have done something to DX9 support by accident in the new build.

Just rolled back to V368.81 (seem to remember there was a V369.xx but I don't have it downloaded) and R3E is working again.

Hi guys,

There seems to be multiple different issues related to the latest drivers. We have found one of the causes of "Raceroom has stopped responding" and we'll try to have a hotfix patch tomorrow.

In the meantime, rolling back to the previous driver seems to do the trick.

Update has been pushed out and now working again with the latest V372.54 Driver.
