nsss updated R8 LMS - WRT BSS '16 pack with a new update entry:

ui_skin fix, interior update

1) Fixed issue with #33 2k ui_skin.
2) Updated interior, white text on center console, Team WRT text and few other small things I managed to change to make it more like pictures I could find.
