Race 07 does not detect CSL DD, has anyone been able to make CSL DD work in Race 07

I have just upgraded from my faithful G29 to a Fanatec CSL DD and Race 07 doesn't detect it and I cant find a way around so far even putting the DD in Compatability Mode.
Anyone found a way to make it work ??

Did you start a new profile? It may be remembering the old G29 and if R07 has a 3 device limit, I can't remember if it does, then maybe it's at its limit.

I think you might need to reset the detected devices somehow. Maybe uninstall everything having to do with the G29 to get the device to go away.

Does Race07 use DInput? If so, the above could be done with Devreorder, which orders and isolates controllers in a manner which you define manually; ensures that controller mappings are always consistent, and might help in your case too. Not sure how the FFB plays with it.

edit: Yes, it uses DInput8; so Devreorder works as expected, with perfectly functional force feedback and all.
