TEXTURES gimp / photoshop - > DDS 2. PHYSICS text editor (what ever you like) + a lot of background knowhow best is to take a running car and adapt step by step 3. AUDIO what ever generates samples in WAVE format plus text editor to add them in the AUD file one extra tip: first to alter an existing car and always do one step and check if it still works
