Qual 4th, R1 4th R2 4th

Stuffed once corner in Q and lost .7-.8

Stuffed my pit in R1 and lost god knows how much when I over shot the pit box and still to select "accept"

R2 going well and was ~.7 - 1.2 sec in lead till I got wide and lost 1st to Matjaz and then lost it again and was 1.7 sec behind 3rd. Got back on the tail of 3rd and stayed there for the remaining laps to be a close 2,3,4th...

Pissed I lost 1st for no reason but my own, glad to have been at that end of the pack and in the wet with the kind of drivers here today...

Great racing all and thankx for a good car/track/weather combo RD!

OK ran a brief test and found the 19,2's so far with a familiar car in a regeared previous setup.

Still a bit more to go but this will be a track like Limerock......you can go 8/10ths pretty easliy but that last 2/10ths is gonna be hard to find.

Sould be a real grinder at 35 mins X2! eat your wheaties boys! your gonna need it!

If this goes well we wil be looking at a full endurance event in the near future. Already have the track picked out and everything is lined up!

sry ima have to go to a maybe now - my race decidet it would give me a minidump every time i try and start it after i removed my gtl mod
if i can fix it ill be there - if not tehn im out

edit : i fixed it so ima defo now unless i do something stupid

Ranking Point
There will be double ranking points awarded for this event.

Custom Skins
There will no custom skins be used in the GT Sport class. As we use a mod for this class and to make these custom skins visible on the server is more complicated then usual. To keep variety on the grid you will have to choose a car and a driver on the entry list and with that car you will enter the race.
For the GT Pro class we will still use custom skins

Formation lap
First lap of the race will be a single file formation lap. The race leader remains a speed of 100 km/h (60 mph) during the formation lap and the rest of the field follows without swaying. If you spin during the formation lap you follow the field in last position. The race starts when the leader accelerates out of the final corner. No overtaking before the start/finish line.

Race Restart
The race will be restarted at the moment a driver suffers disconnection on the grid before the start lights turn on. We will go back to the qualifying session so the driver who is disconnected can rejoin the game. At this moment everybody needs to stay in his pitbox! Only the driver who has rejoined the session drives to the end of the pit lane, turns around and drives in the wrong direction through the pitlane till he gets disqualified.
A disconnected driver will start the race as last on the grid.
To keep the qualifying standings as they are we will have no warm-up session before the race starts.

Chat
Chat, as stated in the rules, is absolutly not tolerated! We dont want to see any "thanks" , "sorry", "np" etc. during qualifying or race. If a driver makes room for you, flash your lights 1 or 2 times to thank him.

Please read:
  • Click here to read the password and golden rules!
  • It is a VERY long endurance event. If you tend to leave an event after a minor crash, you should NOT sign up. It is for the hardcore enduro guys who can manage with the occasional "you have a suspension problem" message.
  • If you sign up we expect you to be there! A no show will be awarded with infraction points.
  • Deadline for providing a skin is 26 August

As the enduro's are very populair there will be 2 servers for this event, a GT Pro and a GT Sport server.

The cars for the GT Pro's will be the default Simbin but for the GT Sport we will use a mod only:
The Porsche 997 RSR and the Ferrari F430.

Be aware that these cars are not very suitable for enduro races. Be very gentle with your car, especially the engine!, and you will see the finish line.
