race 07 won't launch with amd radeon (only config.exe)

Greetings everyone,

I have a problem with Race 07 and AMD Radeon.
with the exception of the video and language configuration program, my game simply does not want to launch.

here is my pc configuration: MSI Bravo 17 A4DDR-024FR,
- CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics @ 2.9GHz, 8 cores, 16 threads.
- iGPU: AMD Radeon Graphics @ 512 MB VRAM.
- dGPU: AMD Radeon RX 5500M @ 4 GB VRAM.
- RAM: 16 GB DDR4 @ 3266 MHz.
- Screen refresh rate: 120 Hz.
- Screen size: 17 inches.
- SSD: M.2 NVMe 1 TB Crucial.
- HDD: Seagate BarraCuda 2 TB 2.5 inch.

Please help me.
