WC Race Director's Post-Race Checks incident #9
Drivers involved: Carlos Martin / Eduard Mallorqui / Jack Keithley

Verdict:
The appellant's facts are partially accepted. The Court of Appeal has decided to confirm the 0.5 licence points penalty handed to Eduard Mallorqui, rejecting the appellant's primary request to replace the penalty with an Official Warning. However, the Court accepts the appellant's secondary request to remove the 15 seconds post-race penalty handed to Mallorqui.

Drivers involved: Carlos Martin / Alex Diaz

Verdict:
The appellant's facts are partially accepted. The WC Race Director's decision on incident #16 stands. As for incident #17, the Court of Appeal has decided to remove the 1.0 licence points penalty handed to Carlos Martin and to hand Alex Diaz a penalty of 1.0 licence points.

Drivers involved: Dian Kostadinov / Jernej Simoncic

Verdict:
The appellant's facts are accepted. The Court of Appeal has decided to remove the Official Warning handed to Dian Kostadinov.
