If he cut in aussie and nobody protested him, then there are no consequences. A director can't review 56 laps of every single driver, that's why we have protesting system. As for common sense, it's more efficient for director to follow rules than make their own rules, that's what rules are there for, to save time of director and lay a base ground for everyone.

Mike i just remember cheering u on while waving me flag of st george...until a driving mistake cost u a wing then a guy hit u, the camera replayed it and tracked your effort to get back to the pits and in doin so u did the unthinkable...(eyes are welling up) you...you cut the track :'( ..all at slow speed and all very very deliberate which to me is a greater crime than stealing a mm at racing speed on the limit...so what say you?
at this point in time I should probably look at the replay to make sure am not dreaming this..if i am ignore all of the above
