F1 2017 Race controls

Maybe I became dummy

I cannot manage controls in the various menu. Below the GUI the controls are associated with numbers, but they do not match with keyboard, I think they match with wheel controls.

But if I want surf the menu with keyboard, like I did in 2016, how can I do it?

I mean, in 2016 controls below the menu were Enter, Exit, F1, F2 and so on.
Can I restore that in 2017 ?
