Just wondering in the career if you can have the same amount of laps as they would in real life?

Yes, the maximum number of laps will mirror the real life race at any given track

Just select 100% races

There's no choice but 100% races in a Pro Season Mode 'career'.

Just a reminder that the 'career' in this game is another driver's career, not your career.

You will not be driving as 'Cayd' or any other name you choose, you drive as one of the real drivers. So if you want to drive a Williams, you can drive either as Bottas or Massa, that's it.
